Lithium Dosage #2.5: Some Pretty Important Leftovers

I said I exited the concert area a different man in my previous post. The difference, I guess, is that I'm more motivated than ever to set my life straight. I made sure to breathe life into my fiery motivation with rigorous effort. Fortunately, it resulted in positive developments.

I have been employed full-time as a staff in a legal office for about three weeks now. At the same time, I have been enrolled in a law school. My job is a big plus for me because I am directly applying the things I am learning in law school. A major upside is that there's not much hassle going on at the moment, so I use my free time to study. Consequently, I have been doing surprisingly well in law school. My procrastinating habits are admittedly still in my system, but progress into flushing them out are being made every day. Ultimately, I am confident that I am in the right direction.

The important part--and by important, I mean relevant to this blog--is an update on my restraints. My daily schedule is booked. I've got an eight-to-five job followed by evening classes, which ends as late as 9 pm. I haven't really got much time. As much as I want to devour literature, media, and other entertainment on a whim, I am unable to because I either do not have time or I do not have energy. At this rate, this blog project would probably die...

...unless I make a compromise. Here's the important part: I would have to considerably condense my reviews and posts from now on. The reviews I want to write are in a queue--if I continue writing in the format I have been using, it would take too much time and it would take too long. For example, the Roy Pablo took me over a month to draft. By then, I have watched a couple of movies and some shows that are now stuck in the queue for review at the moment. It sucks. So this is the compromise I want to make. I'll be less perfectionist about my reviews and be as concise as possible.

The good is that I can possibly finish a review or post in one or two sittings, meaning I'll need less time. The bad is that it's not gonna be as in-depth as I originally want it to be, so the posts might pass as a bland, un-analyzed, and impersonal work. The deadlock breaker is that I need the good badly while I can work on the bad so it doesn't have to be.

That's my quick update. Cheers!
